Anua.ie is owned and operated by Bord na Móna Environmental Ltd trading as Anua. We invite you to print out these Terms and Conditions, or we can email these to you on request. Changes to the Terms and Conditions are made from time to time, and your continued use of our Website following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Terms and Conditions have been changed. Please request the 'Terms and Conditions' from our Customer Service Centre. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
General
We accept no liability (to the fullest extent allowed by law) for the accuracy of information contained on product detail pages or on the website, which may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. However, this provision does not affect your statutory rights and remedies.
These terms and conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase, together with our website prices and contact details.
Payment
When an order paid by debit or credit card is placed on this website the full value of the order placed is deducted from the debit or credit card at the time of ordering.
Price
The price of each Product shall be as is quoted on the website at the time you place your order, subject to any inadvertent pricing errors (whether technical or otherwise) by us and also subject to different prices should the quantity be less than originally ordered or the product be different to that which was ordered
We reserve the right to revise the price of any product on this website without notice.
Delivery
At Anua.ie orders will be delivered via courier and will normally be dispatched within 2 working days. During busy times and in poor weather conditions delivery may take longer. Bord na Móna Environmental Ltd trading as Anua will make every effort to make a prompt delivery but cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery will be trackable with a track and trace system.
Large orders may incur additional charges and customers will be informed prior to dispatch.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil a delivery for an order which has been placed and paid for through this website we will refund in full the value of the order placed. The refund will be processed back to the debit or credit card used to place the order.
We reserve the right not to accept an order placed and paid for on this website.
Anua.ie only delivers to Irish addresses.
Free Pick Up Service
Customers can avail of free pick up of products purchased online from our distribution depot based in Timahoe, Co. Kildare. Click here for location map
Out of Stock items
In most cases, out-of-stock (back-order) items are on order from our suppliers.
Out of stock items can still be purchased and will be placed on backorder and we will ship it to you promptly once we receive the item.
If your order is not ready to ship within 10 days, we will send you an update via email. If for any reason we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our catalogue. We will refund your payment for this item or you may select an alternative of the same value.
Refund & Returns Procedure
1. Returns Authorisation
Bord na Móna Environmental Ltd trading as Anua must be notified prior to a return being performed. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request and provide you with a "Returns Form" which must accompany all returns.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a completed and authorised "Returns Form".
We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:
Faulty or Damaged item
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot refund or exchange an opened item outside of the above stated reasons.
Our Returns Policy is valid for 28 Days from receipt of an item.
2. Packing the item
Wrap the item securely and include the invoice along with your Returns Form. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
3. Replacement or refund
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your card.
